Your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your date of birth, gender, address, city, state, PIN code, profile photo, and bio.
Property details, address, price, photographs, and the contact details you choose to publish with a listing.
The details you submit when you request a service such as a home loan, rent agreement, packers and movers, or legal assistance.
We use your information to operate the app: to create and secure your account, to publish the listings you post, to connect you with property owners and service providers you contact, to respond to reports and moderate content, and to provide customer support.
Contact details you attach to a listing are shown publicly on that listing so that interested users can reach you.
We share the contact details published on your listing with users who view that listing. Where you submit a service request, we share the details necessary to fulfil that request with the relevant service partner.
We do not sell your personal information.
Images you upload are stored with our image hosting provider and are screened for objectionable content. Images attached to a published listing are publicly visible.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
Deleting your account removes your profile, your listings, and your uploaded images. Some records may be retained in anonymised form where we are required to do so by law.
Where you submit a report or block a user, we record that action so our moderation team can review it. These records are used solely to keep the platform safe.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Kamalassociates is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
